Assistant Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our childcare centre as an Assistant Educator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our centre, working collaboratively with our leadership team to achieve educational goals, developing and implementing engaging educational programs, and contributing to a positive and inclusive centre culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care and education to children in our centre
  • Work effectively with the centre's leadership team to drive educational outcomes
  • Create and implement innovative educational programs
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive centre environment

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues
