About Our Procurement Team

The award-winning procurement team delivers efficient services across our organization focusing on medium to low spend and risk activities providing expert guidance to stakeholders supports strategic sourcing decisions ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Your responsibilities for this opportunity
  • Foster trust with people, customers, and community providing expert advice and service ensuring effective communication and engagement audiences with business strategy delivery across South Australia.
  • Deliver procurement outcomes driving value for money.
  • Provide specialist advice conducting market research managing supplier evaluations negotiations contract variations ensuring compliance with procurement policies risk frameworks.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships deliver training support commercial management reporting activities maintain procurement records contribute continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement including sourcing tendering contracting.
  • Strong administrative financial support capabilities ability to manage multiple tasks meet tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel Word Outlook experience with ERP systems desirable.
  • A collaborative mindset strong stakeholder engagement skills.
