  • Minimum 1 year's experience in guest services within the hospitality industry

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene, and grooming standards
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
