Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team in a key store management position.

  • SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER IN COACHING AND DEVELOPING THE STORE TEAM TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DRIVE SALES PERFORMANCE
  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND EMULATE OUR HIGH-PERFORMANCE CULTURE WITH A PASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS TO MEET SALES TARGETS AND INDIVIDUAL KPI'S

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and be passionate about creating beautiful homes. They will also have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
