As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, welfare, and well-being of our community by enforcing relevant laws and regulations. Your daily duties will include parking patrols, investigation of complaints, and patrols of beaches, reserves, streets, building sites, and footpath occupations. You will also be responsible for undertaking the process of unauthorized signs and issuing penalty notices where appropriate.

You will work closely with our community to resolve customer requests in a prompt, timely, and courteous manner. This may involve investigating and responding to complaints, resolving issues related to signage, parking, and other environmental concerns.

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience as a Ranger or similar position in local government, including an understanding of the Local Government Act, NSW Road Rules, Road Transport General Regulations Act, Companion Animals Act, and other relevant parking legislation. A current Class C Driver's Licence and First Aid Certificate are also essential requirements.
