Telecommunications Linesworker

CPS Technology and Infrastructure is a leading provider of telecommunications technology and wireless infrastructure solutions in Australia. We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Linesworker to join our team and contribute to the delivery of projects across the country.

• Safe Rigging Operations: Ensure all rigging activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Telecoms Site Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications sites, adhering to design specifications and industry best practices.
• Equipment Installation and Relocation: Install, relocate, and remove telecommunications equipment, including feeder cables, antennae, and ancillary equipment.
• Cable Termination and Testing: Terminate telecommunications cables of various types and sizes, and test them for compliance with specifications.
• Quality and Safety: Follow CPS Work instruction guidelines and quality specifications, and ensure all test equipment and rigging equipment is maintained in accordance with regulations and manufacturers' standards.

• Telecommunications Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Equipment Knowledge: Experience with 4G and 5G equipment.
• Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Quality and Safety: Understanding of Quality, WHS, and Environmental Management Systems.

CPS offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the wireless telecommunications sector. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 + superannuation.
