Fraud Prevention and Detection Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Prevention and Detection Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, lead, and support the roadmap and delivery of product capabilities required to optimize the fraud and scams tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for preventing and detecting fraud and scams
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including business partners and vendors
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking and finance or payments industry
  • Experience and understanding of fraud and scams, across strategy, technology, and/or operations
  • Understanding and involvement in technology and project methodologies, in an agile environment
  • A structured approach to problem-solving and ability to critically assess and identify root cause of issues and design viable solutions
  • Strong level of commercial/business acumen, with strong focus on business improvement and operational efficiencies
