Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading digital strategies and creating marketing campaigns that communicate the value of our institution to prospective families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and be able to demonstrate creativity and passion for the role. You will work closely with the Director of Engagement to plan, develop, and execute student acquisition campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a social media strategy across the School's Social Media platforms
  • Analyse, track, and optimise digital and social media campaigns
  • Curate content and build compelling stories to connect the community and enhance student acquisition across multiple digital platforms, including website, digital and social media
  • Creating and maintaining weekly newsletter via Mailchimp
  • Work with the Director of Community Engagement to plan, develop, and execute all student acquisition campaigns across print and digital advertising
  • Marketing research and data analysis on the performance of social media platforms
  • Regularly review and cross-check content and update images and text on the School Website
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a tertiary level qualification in Marketing and Digital Communications or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is also required. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, as well as skilled proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Photoshop), Mailchimp, and website CMS WordPress. Sound understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, CRM, and Social Media is also necessary.
