Graduate Financial Risk Specialist

Join our Graduate Program in Financial Economic Crime and contribute to safeguarding financial integrity through structured rotations and hands-on experience.
About the RoleThis 18-month program offers key responsibilities, including:
- Demonstrating the design and operating effectiveness of Rabobank's Financial Economic Crime framework.
- Completing structured rotations across key teams, including transaction monitoring, client due diligence, sanctions, fraud, and FEC investigations.
- Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify risks, operate and enhance controls, and contribute to a compliant banking environment.
- Participating in three short-term rotations within risk and compliance, operations, and a regional branch.
- Selected graduates will undertake a short-term international rotation at the global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A final year undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have completed studies within the past three years.
- Availability to commence full-time employment from February 2026.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field.
- Self-motivation with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
