The Sous Chef will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine, assisting in leading a professional culinary team that operates as a successful profit center. The Sous Chef is responsible for organizing and directing production, ensuring adherence to Crown's standards and policies.

This role requires strong financial, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate a team of kitchen professionals. Proficiency in Japanese cuisine is highly desirable, and knowledge of the Nobu brand is advantageous.

About You
