Project Management Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our planning and risk management processes for complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, finance, engineering, or business administration, and possess excellent analytical and data skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures and deliverables lists.
  • Implement and oversee project scope management processes.
  • Manage the project master schedule using Microsoft Project.
  • Conduct weekly updates, quality analysis, and performance reporting based on schedule data.
  • Identify variances between baseline and actual project metrics and manage capacity scenarios.
  • Manage the project risk management process, maintain the risk register, and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
  • Support earned value management (EVM) processes, including relevant coding and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, finance, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in complex ICT delivery projects.
  • Proven experience with earned value management, risk analysis, and EVM reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, OPP, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to produce clear project performance reports.
  • Familiarity with project finance processes, data analytics, and Power BI.
