Project Manager Opportunity

Deliver exceptional results as a seasoned Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects or leading a team to successfully execute complex high-end fitouts and specialist construction projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure safe, profitable, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage key people, resources, and outcomes to make a meaningful impact.
  • Oversee multiple projects or lead a team to deliver flagship projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for motivating teams.
  • Experience managing fitout and refurbishment projects.
  • A strong understanding of project management within the construction industry.
  • A building-related degree, diploma, or trade background.
  • Excellent financial acumen and communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and buildability.
  • An understanding of EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality) principles.
