About the Role

City Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Electrical and HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently to deliver results and resolve issues
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in an on-call roster
Requirements
  • Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician
  • Refrigerant handling license
  • Trade qualified – A-Grade Electrician
  • Cabling licence, CPR/LVR, Security provider licence – Preferred
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication skills
