Op Shop Retail Manager

We are seeking an experienced Op Shop Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of volunteers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
