Rigger Scaffolder

We are seeking a skilled Rigger Scaffolder to join our team at Ready Resources. As a Rigger Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting lifting tackles, installing cables, and attaching counterweights. You will also measure, cut, bend, and fit welded wire mesh into concrete areas, fix mesh and reinforcing steel into position, and set up winches and rigging equipment to raise and position girders, plates, columns, and other steel units.
Key Responsibilities- Erecting lifting tackles by attaching pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures
- Installing cables and attaching counterweights
- Measuring, cutting, bending, and fitting welded wire mesh into concrete areas
- Fixing mesh and reinforcing steel into position in formwork for concrete pours
- Setting up winches and rigging equipment to raise and position girders, plates, columns, and other steel units
- Erecting guard rails, guy wires, ropes, and clears, laying planks, and hanging safety nets
- Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a trade background
- Previous experience working on a mine site (preferred but not essential)
- Current WA Drivers License (essential)
- High Risk Work License
