About Our Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth departure and arrival of our trains. This involves various tasks such as provisioning the train with clean linen and provisions, as well as performing platform duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work calmly under pressure and possess good physical stamina due to the demanding nature of this role.

Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays, is also required. A uniform will be provided to maintain professionalism and personal presentation.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer service, we are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional results.

  • We're looking for someone who reports directly to the National Housekeeping & Warehouse Manager
  • Watering the train
  • Pumping effluent of the train
  • Removal of dirty rubbish and linen
  • Guest luggage transfers
  • Re-stocking of the train with clean linen and provisions
  • Other duties as requested
