Turbine Mechanical Fitter

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Turbine Mechanical Fitter, where you will be responsible for performing maintenance on steam and gas turbines. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficiency and operational longevity of these critical assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • De-blade, re-blade, and rotor balance turbine components
  • Disassemble, repair, and balance mechanical equipment
  • Conduct measurements and inspections using precision tools
  • Replace or repair mechanical components
  • Operate and maintain balance of plant items
Requirements:
  • Trade Certificate III in Fitting & Turning or similar
  • Proven experience in mechanical fitting on turbines and/or rotating machinery
  • Strong ability to manage workloads effectively
  • Valid Driver's and Forklift Licence
