As a Change Manager, you'll lead and manage change initiatives within the HR Team, driving alignment between transformation goals and project execution. The primary focus is on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communication, while also including project management responsibilities to ensure seamless and successful delivery of projects.

This role can be performed from any EY office across Australia, or potentially adjusted for flexible work arrangements with reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with organisational goals and assess the impact of changes on employees.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess effectiveness.
  • Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables and support the planning and delivery of projects by integrating change activities within broader project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organisational environment, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in working in project teams and implementing change programs, with the ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them, while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
