We are seeking Support Workers to provide care services across the South Coast.

Home-based Support Workers utilise a mobile work model with electronic support for administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with daily living activities (bathing, toileting, mobility)
  • Getting out for social engagement, activities and appointments
  • Household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation)
  • Medication management
  • Light administrative duties (record maintenance, reporting)

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for working with participants/elderly
  • Professional or lived experience in NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field
  • Experience with complex behaviours and behaviour support methods (bonus)
  • Excellent communication skills and person-centred focus
  • Flexibility to adapt to individual needs
  • Sense of humour and resilience
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current National Police check
  • NSW Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Right to work in Australia
