The Role

We're looking for a Christmas Casual to support our team at Birkenhead Point. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and KPI targets, and assist with store operational requirements as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with experience in the retail sales environment who can demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills. You'll need to be flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team and customers. You'll also need to have a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store
  • Create an enjoyable experience for every customer
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Assist with store operational requirements as requested by management
