Lead Retail Expert

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven retail leader with a love for fashion and a passion for building exceptional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence through inventory control, rostering, OH&S compliance, customer service standards, and shrinkage management.
  • Manage end-to-end store openings from staffing and training to operational readiness.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
  • Implement training frameworks, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives that bring the best out of your people.
  • Lead high-performing teams across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing seamless new store launches, and ensuring every touchpoint of our retail experience reflects the brand ethos.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a clear focus on customer experience.
