Role Overview

This position involves data analysis to support operational functions and optimize business performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing monthly meter reading sheets, updating property information, and undertaking billing data processes as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely collection of meter readings and update programs accordingly,
  • Process assigned billing data to meet scheduled time commitments,
  • Maintain effective account management with existing clients,
  • Manage sub-contractors as required,
  • Maintain operational excellence in metering and data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Industry experience, preferably within energy retail,
  • Sound knowledge of the energy markets, particularly within embedded networks, with a focus on sub-metering arrangements,
  • Financial competency and ability to understand profit/loss reports, budgets, and forecasting,
  • Expert user of information systems and Microsoft Excel,
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • Attention to detail which complements critical thinking.
