Aged Care Funding Officer

Our purpose-driven team seeks a detail-oriented and experienced aged care professional to fill this key role.

  • This position requires collaboration with clinical and care teams to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to support assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing accurate and timely information to support assessments
  2. Maintaining up-to-date documentation
  3. Helping to build the knowledge and capability of the care team involved in the assessment process

To be successful, you must possess:

  • A strong understanding of assessments and claims processes
  • At least three years of experience as a Personal Carer or Enrolled Nurse
  • Excellent communication, IT, and analytical skills
  • A commitment to professional development, safety, and upholding our values and code of conduct
