We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Capstone Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our renewable energy facilities.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position that reports directly to the Site Manager. As a Site Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our renewable energy operations, ensuring the smooth running of our state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and optimize the operation and maintenance of our renewable energy facilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Supervise contracted personnel and maintain quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits
- Liaise with local stakeholders and community members
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory of tools, consumables, and spare parts
- Collaborate with the control room for plant optimization
Requirements:
- VET or Associate Degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical fields
- 3+ years of experience in supervision roles within renewable energy plants (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy generation and maintenance practices
- Excellent understanding of health and safety standards
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
