About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Manager to lead the Elpida House Community Rehabilitation Centre and the Community Clinical Rehabilitation Service (CCRS) within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Clinical Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and recovery-focused community mental health rehabilitation services.
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including consumers, community organisations, and government departments, to ensure seamless and timely rehabilitation services that meet the needs of youth, adults, and older people in our community.
  • Drive a positive team culture, ensuring your team performs at its best and delivers outstanding consumer outcomes.
  • Foster strong partnerships with hospital and community-based services, ensuring effective care pathways and maximising access to psychosocial supports.
Requirements
  • An appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers or an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with Occupational Therapy of Australia or Master's degree in clinical psychology or equivalent qualification recognised by the PsyBA and general registration with PsyBA with an endorsed area of practice in Clinical Psychology.
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, and enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or holds a qualification in mental health practice.

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
