About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio Management: Responsible for the operational and day-to-day property management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in metropolitan Adelaide, in accordance with duties identified with the Management Agreements.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits in accordance with the owner's critical dates.
  3. Creditor Invoice Management: Manage prompt processing of creditor Tax Invoices. Authorize payment of processed invoices as per client's limits and JLL's credit authority procedures.
  4. Tenancy Matters: Ensure an accurate record of all tenancy matters are maintained and correspondence and official documentation is filed in the appropriate files.
  5. Leverage Leasing Opportunities: Liaise and conduct timely and appropriate discussions/meetings with all stakeholders and ensure file notes are kept of important matters.
  6. Operational Management: Building operational management, including arranging repairs and maintenance and managing services contractors as required.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Property Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial property management is preferred.
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications (Property or Financial) would be an advantage however not essential.
  • Current Real Estate Certificate: Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate (including Property Management) is required.
  • Excellent Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills and an ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with people at all levels is essential.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in gaining the trust of and delivering a high standard of service to clients.
