
Senior Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Scone Hospital. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient-centred care across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic nurse to contribute to emergency care services across two communities: Scone and Murrurundi Hospitals. You will have the support of a collaborative team of experienced professionals, including Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Student Nurses, and an onsite Clinical Nurse Educator.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to a wide variety of presentations. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care, and will have access to dedicated education and training opportunities to broaden your clinical expertise.
The successful applicant will be supported by a Clinical Quality Manager and a Nurse Unit Manager, who will provide guidance and mentorship to help you achieve your career goals.
Rostering is flexible, with opportunities for extra shifts and the possibility to explore other departments as your interests evolve.
