This role is responsible for ensuring that residents enjoy well-maintained dwellings, property, and grounds through scheduled and responsive maintenance services. You will be required to complete all maintenance tasks within specified timeframes while maintaining meticulous electronic records to track progress and completion.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly active individual who approaches their work with enthusiasm and responsiveness. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate initiative when addressing both planned and unexpected maintenance needs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing them to communicate effectively with elderly residents about maintenance activities, service interruptions, and operational changes with patience and clarity.
