Dubbo Regional Council Water Treatment Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role that requires leadership and management skills, as well as technical expertise in water treatment operations.
The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the efficient production of potable water for the Dubbo local government area. Key responsibilities include maintaining high quality treatment of water by reliable operation of the treatment plant, reservoirs, booster pump stations and laboratory services.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Water Operations (treatment) and significant experience in supervision of water or sewage treatment plants, including associated staff. They must also be proficient in computer operation and data entry, with experience in telemetry operations being highly desirable.
We welcome applicants with Mechanical/Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent, Diploma in Applied Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
