Early Childhood Educator Role

At our centre, we offer a unique opportunity for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood professional to join our team as an Educator. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • To plan and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of all children in our care.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication about their child's progress and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children and promote a culture of continuous improvement within our service.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
