Requirements:

  • Legal background in working with workers compensation claims.
  • Extensive knowledge and insurance claims experience in Workers Compensation.
  • Experience in the interpretation of relevant acts in making liability decisions.
  • Management of complex claims.
  • Demonstrate initiative and understanding when managing confidential information.
  • Management of teams.
