We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team at Helpline AI. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping participants navigate their NDIS plans and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist participants in coordinating and implementing supports and therapies in line with their NDIS funding and goals.
  • Help participants engage with mainstream supports and maximize their NDIS plans.
  • Support plan reviews and submissions for changes in circumstances.
  • Facilitate home modification applications and assistive technology requests.
  • Build capacity and understanding of the NDIS processes.
Requirements
  • Your own Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • 100 Points of Identification
  • Valid visa
  • Your own Personal phone, laptop, and Wi-Fi access
  • Basic computer skills
  • Police check completed within the last 6 months
  • NDIS Worker Screening including Blue Card (to be obtained before commencing)
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module
