Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Manager to oversee the night-fill department at one of our stores. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure seamless overnight operations, maintaining high standards in stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control requirements, and rostering demands.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade, adhering to Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, and compliance standards.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing, while promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a focus on developing and coaching teams to achieve goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, ensuring timely decision-making and effective communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in stock management, compliance, and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
