We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding SAP partners in developing and executing solution sales cycles that drive revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a senior position that offers the opportunity to become a trusted advisor and mentor to SAP's extensive partner ecosystem. You will work closely with our Customer Advisory, Partner Ecosystem Success, and Sales leadership teams to plan and execute solution advisory engagements that achieve SAP's revenue aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work with Territory Ecosystem Managers, Partner Business Managers, SAP partners, and internal pre-sales colleagues to help partners generate demand, qualify pipelines, and execute deals for SAP solutions.
  • You will advise and coach partners on cloud-first mindset, SAP solution value messaging, and solution strategy to help them execute solution sales cycles effectively.
  • You will help partners articulate and contextualize SAP solution strategy to increase deal size and shorten sales cycles, making them self-sufficient in handling value conversations with SAP prospects.
  • You will engage partners in regular deal clinics and dry runs of their solution presentations, providing feedback and guidance on executive messaging, solution proposition, and industry insights.

Your goal will be to help partners validate their proposed solutions, including right-sizing them to maximize adoption and customer success. You will also act as a trusted advisor and presales champion with partner executive teams and leverage internal support teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

Expected Outcomes
  • You will achieve SAP's revenue aspirations for the defined partner-driven segment.
  • You will become a trusted advisor for assigned partners by helping them improve their pipeline and deal progression.
  • You will support Partner Business Managers and Territory Ecosystem Managers in planning revenue achievement via partners.
  • You will contribute to partner demand generation activities through various events and programs.
What We Are Looking For

We believe that successful candidates will have:

  • More than 10 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles with strong Solution Advisory or Solution Consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP's flagship S/4 cloud ERP is essential; expertise with S/4 Public Cloud is highly desirable, and domain experience in Supply Chain & Logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Evidence of a mentor and multiplier mindset to help others improve.
