About the Role

Regis Aged Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Dandenong North. This permanent part-time opportunity (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) will see you working closely with our Chef Manager to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our residents.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to menu planning to meet resident needs and preferences, preparation, serving, presentation, and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with our Food Safety Program. You will also be responsible for maintaining and facilitating clean and hygienic work practices, as well as providing strong front-of-house presence, including communication with residents and families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III/IV) or relevant experience as a Cook
  • Aged Care experience is advantageous but not necessary
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
