Servicing Your Building's HVAC Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Field Specialist to join our service team. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, repair, and service a range of complex commercial HVAC systems, including central plant equipment and refrigeration units.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, with a focus on refrigeration fault finding and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople and project managers to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and complies with relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent qualification.
  • Current ARCTick Licence and Restricted Electrical Licence - D Licence.
  • A minimum of five years' post-trade experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with a strong focus on field service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, electrical, and controls.
