Senior IT Professional

As a senior IT professional, you will partner with various industries to deliver strategic consulting and managed services. Your focus will be on aligning technology with business outcomes through hands-on technical delivery and long-term IT planning.
The role involves assisting across multiple sectors, providing consultation and mentoring to junior engineers, maintaining high standards of technical documentation and change management. You will engage with stakeholders, driving business outcomes using your expertise and skills.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to identify and address their technical needs
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Engage with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a senior technical or consulting role and holds relevant certifications. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Firewalls, routing, DNS, and VPNs is also essential.
Additional requirements include recent experience within the MSP environment, driver's license, and ITIL v4 certification. Relevant Azure and Microsoft Certifications are highly desirable.
