Electrical Installation Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our busy installation team.

  • Install new Grid and Off-Grid PV systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Install energy monitoring systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Attend service calls and scheduled maintenance visits to existing systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate cost estimates for clients.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and recommend innovative products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of PV installation, including grid and off-grid systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of solar industry products and services.
  • A high level of motivation, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working as part of a team, with a proactive and competitive attitude.
  • Relevant electrical licensing and accreditation (CEC).
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and quality systems.
