We are seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care to seniors in our Assisted Living community.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by delivering personalized, patient-centered care that meets their unique needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to safety
- Monitor health changes and document accurately
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to build and implement person-centered care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Ohio
- CPR certification
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care (but not required)
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
