Our organization seeks a highly motivated and results-driven leader to fill the Assistant Store Manager role. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading daily operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee various aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance
- Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a well-organized store environment
- Manage labor costs and contribute to effective rostering
- Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC)
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude
- Passion for team development and creating exceptional customer experiences
- A proven ability to drive sales growth and meet performance targets
- Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
