We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Pet Care Professional.

This is a casual position, requiring the successful candidate to be available for varying hours including Saturdays.

The role involves providing high-quality care and attention to dogs in our grooming facility. Responsibilities will include bathing, drying, brushing and nail trimming, as well as identifying any potential health issues and administering treatment as necessary.

Key qualities required for this position include confidence, a calm demeanor when handling a variety of dogs, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

A passion for animals, reliability and loyalty are also essential.

While experience is an advantage, we are willing to train the right person. A Certificate 3 in Animal Studies or equivalent would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $17.00 - $32.00 per hour
