We are seeking a diligent and proactive Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for hotel guests at all times.
  • Perform routine repair work and maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager or their designated replacement.
  • Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Show initiative and take charge of various duties within the Engineering Department and Hotel operations.
  • Carry out tasks outlined on the established hotel maintenance checklist.
  • Respond promptly to interdepartmental or guest requests concerning defects, repairs, and general assistance.
  • Log all defects and work carried out accurately and efficiently.
  • Offer support to other departments or their representatives as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with the Maintenance Manager regarding urgent and/or dangerous facility matters.
  • E nsure that public areas are consistently safe and well-maintained, with all equipment operating effectively.
  • Achieve and maintain high standards of personal appearance in line with the hotel's grooming policies.
