The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of NDIS participants, completing therapeutic processes efficiently. They will also conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpret findings, and collaborate to set and achieve goals aligned with NDIS Plans.
- Manage a caseload of NDIS Participants, ensuring timely completion of therapeutic processes.
- Conduct thorough clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting results to inform collaborative goal-setting.
- Deliver tailored interventions with a systemic focus, including therapeutic support and stakeholder training.
- Monitor and address signs of risk or acute distress during therapeutic interventions.
- Provide written reports to NDIS outlining progress and ongoing needs.
- Stay informed on relevant legislation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Excellent time management, communication, and writing skills.
- Relevant insurance covering Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Active Australian Business Number.

Qualification Requirements
