Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cleaning guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and corridors.
  2. Ensuring all rooms are fully stocked with essential amenities for guests.
  3. Correctly storing and managing towels and linen, including refilling and replacing them as required.
  4. Reporting any necessary maintenance work or issues.
  5. Following established procedures for reporting lost property.
  6. Maintaining and using equipment in line with manufacturer instructions and safely storing it when not in use.
  7. Using cleaning chemicals responsibly and following safe work practices at all times.
  8. Complying with all WH&S policies and procedures.
About You:
  • A friendly attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ability to take initiative to ensure positive interactions with guests.
  • Attention to detail and previous experience in cleaning, customer service, or hospitality roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience working with cleaning products and equipment.
  • A basic understanding of hygiene requirements and safe working practices.
  • Experience in a 4-star hotel environment is beneficial.
  • Current legal right to work in Australia is mandatory.
  • Willingness to think creatively and apply problem-solving skills effectively.
