As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in making the holiday season sparkle for our customers. Whether it's assisting with decorating a Christmas tree, creating a welcoming atmosphere, or setting a festive table, you will help our customers add a touch of magic to every corner of their home.

Requirements

We are looking for Holiday Helpers who are customer-focused, agile, and able to jump in wherever needed. Successful candidates will:

  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a love for beautiful homewares and holiday decorations
  • Bring high positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach to team goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide seamless point-of-sale service that is engaging and efficient
  • Assist with operational tasks as required, such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and be involved in visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Have great availability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and weekends

Candidates with extensive availability over the holiday period and the ability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and Boxing Day, will be given preference.
