Job Title:

We are currently seeking an exceptional and charismatic individual to fill the role of Gym Representative.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and providing valuable support to gym-goers.

Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding visitor/members expectations
  • Upsell memberships, supplements, apparel, accessories, and consumables to meet sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with Derrimut 24:7 offerings and provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages in our nutrition bar
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and workstations
  • Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and inventory management
  • Contribute to events/promotions, class offerings, and other initiatives that enhance the gym experience

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic 24/7 environment
  • Passion for health and fitness with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Hold unlimited working rights
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (willing to obtain)
  • Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)
