The role of the Beauty Therapist is pivotal in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence INSIDE & OUT by:

  • Creating wow-worthy transformations through results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
  • Delivering client-centric approaches by working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that leave them feeling confident and empowered.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team of passionate professionals who share a love for all things skin and beauty.
  • Upholding our values of safety, excellence, and providing outstanding customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Formal qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
  • Exceptional technical skills, particularly in skin assessments and treatments.
  • Commitment to professionalism, including punctuality, organisation, and maintaining an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work.
  • Passion for the beauty industry, bringing a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
  • Customer service and sales focus, with a track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.
