Crushing Experience Wanted

Seeking experienced Fixed Plant Operators to join our team at Kens Bore.
- Key responsibilities include control and operation of stockyard balance machines, crushers, screens, conveyors and associated fixed plant equipment. This will involve inspection & checking, reporting and recording of operating parameters and other relevant information as required.
- Housekeeping duties include cleaning of mobile plant, control room and company vehicles, and clean-up of spillage within the Plant using both manual and mechanical methods.
- The role requires manual handling ability of up to 40kg with lifting, pushing, pulling, work at heights and other exertions associated with manual roles. It also demands certain physical demands and exposure to challenging environments.
- Identify, investigate, report and fix all defects and spillage in assigned areas of the fixed plant, and ensure there is work planned to fix in shutdowns where required.
- Assist maintenance workers with maintenance and servicing of Plant and Equipment during Plant shutdowns and breakdowns.
- Complete any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team.
- Comply with all Company & Site Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the Company and/or the Client.
- Participate in hazard identification, assessment and control.
- Contribute to Plant and Operational improvements.
- Demonstrated safety commitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes.
- Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results.
