Job Description:

This role plays a vital part in our organization's success, focusing on delivering goods to customers safely and efficiently. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service skills, working independently with minimal supervision, and possessing a valid driving license with 2-5 years of driving experience.


The Goods Delivery Associate will serve as the face of our company on the road, ensuring customers receive top-notch service and fostering positive relationships with them. Key responsibilities include loading and lifting cargo, managing deliveries, and utilizing mobile apps for navigation and delivery management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Valid driver's license & 2-5 years driving experience (clean record past 3 years)
  • Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good physical fitness for lifting (5-20kg) and managing deliveries
  • Comfort using mobile apps for navigation and delivery management
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
  • Proven reliability and a strong commitment to safety
  • Current clean Police Check and fit-for-work Driver Medical

Benefits:

This is a casual position with flexible hours (30-40 hours per week), offering a competitive rate of $39.86/hour + super, as well as award rates for weekend/public holidays.
