About the Role
The Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our students at Cardijn College. As a member of the Campus Leadership Team, you will work closely with Curriculum Leaders to develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Curriculum Leaders to design and deliver curriculum that aligns with the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and the Australian Curriculum.
- Monitor and track student progress, ensuring equity, access, and success for all students.
- Work with the Campus Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their teaching practices and student engagement.
About You
- You have a proven track record in administration and first aid within a large organisation.
- You possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- You hold a current First Aid Certificate (Senior First Aid), Working With Children Check, and relevant mandatory training.
